- ALTA PLANNING COMMISSION TUESDAY, JULY 28, 2020 3:00PM THIS WILL BE A VIRTUAL MEETING DETERMINATION REGARDING CONDUCTING TOWN OF ALTA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING WITHOUT AN ANCHOR LOCATION The Planning Commission Chair hereby determines that conducting a meeting with an anchor location presents a substantial risk to the health and safety of those who may be present at the anchor location pursuant to Utah Code section 52-4-207(4) and Resolution 2020-R-12. The Chair relies upon the facts put forth by the Mayor in his July 7, 2020 Determination. Attendees can watch the meeting on YouTube via alink that will be posted on the Town's website at the start of the meeting here: https://townofalta.com/town-government/planning-commission/agendas-minutes/ 1) Introduction, determination letter reading, and welcome from the Chair. 2) Approval of minutes from the October 22, 2019, Planning Commission meeting. 3) Presentation and discussion of the Alta Community Center Feasibility Study. Jarrett Pelletier, Ennead Architects 4) Discussion with direction on the Dark Skies lighting effort. 5) New Business. 6) Date of next meeting. 7) Motion to adjourn.
