- Wednesday, July 22, 2020 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the Council Chambers in the City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. Virtual meeting available from your computer, tablet or smartphone. https://global.gotomeeting.com/join/478650413 Meeting ID: 478-650-413 1. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat A. THE RIDGE PHASE 6 & 7. The proposal requests that two additional phases be added to The Ridge Subdivision creating 22 attached homes and 21 detached homes at 2600 East Avery Lane. 2. Preliminary Plat A. WILLOWBROOK COMMERCIAL. The proposal involves creating 4 lots for an industrial development at 1200 North Market Place Drive. 3. Minor Plat Amendment A. EXPRESSWAY BUSINESS PARK CONDO PHASE 3. The proposal involves amending the property lines within the Expressway Business Park Development at 1060 North Market Place Drive. 4. Site Plan A. JJ'S MACHINE SHOP. The proposal involves the site improvements for an industrial use located at 902 North 920 West. 5. Title 15 Amendment A. TITLE 15 AMENDMENT. The proposal involves amending the language specific to the required lot size needed for an Accessory Dwelling Unit. 6. Concept Review A. 174 SOUTH MAIN STREET B. SPRINKLER SUPPLY 7. Adjourn
