PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Milford Public Library Board will hold their regular meeting, reserving the right to go into Executive Session, Thursday, July 23, 2020. Meeting will be held at 5:30 PM at the Library, 401 South 100 West, Milford, Utah. 1. 5:30 PM WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER 2. OLD BUSINESS a. Presentation of minutes of prior board meeting 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Returning to Story Hour b. Voting on Board Member Vacancy c. Update on Bookshelves d. CARES ACT Grant 4. ADJOURNMENT BOARD MEMBERS: Jaynell Bailey, Robin Horton, Wayne Wiseman Jr., Meaghan AhFook, Tamara Holdaway, Larry Roberts, Evelyn Wright, Scott Symond (City Council appointment), Sarah Harding (Library Assistant), and Cynthia Carter (Library Director). Certification of Delivery and Posting: The undersigned, duly appointed and acting Library Director does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within the city limits on the 20th day of July, 2020. Those places being 1) Milford City Office 2) Milford Public Library, and 3) United States Post Office - Milford. The foregoing notice and agenda was also delivered to each member of the Library Board and posted at utah.gov.pmn. Any public concerns and input is welcome. Milford City Library Director
