- The Nibley City Council will hold the following public hearings to receive comment on the following land use applications/Ordinances: A proposed Preliminary Subdivision Plat: Ridgeline Park, Phases 1-3. Located at 350 West and 3200 South. Proposing 128 units on 28.11 acres Ordinance 20-13: An Ordinance Establishing Accessory Dwelling Unit Standards Ordinance 20-14: An Ordinance Update to Nibley City Code 21.10.020 Amending the Rural Preservation Subdivision When: Thursday, July 30, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
