Description/Agenda

The public is invited to participate in a public hearing before the Midvale City Council on Tuesday, Aug 4 2020 at 7:00 pm. The City Council will be considering a request from Jake Tate representing Anderson Wahlen & Associates for approval of a 22-lot Preliminary Subdivision for The Shops at Fort Union located at approximately 1000 E Fort Union. This meeting will be conducted as an electronic meeting. All those interested in participating may do so by viewing the meeting through the City's Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/MidvaleCity/ or listening on http://mixlr.com/midvalecity/. All comments will be presented to and considered by the Council and made part of the public record.

Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Council Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Council Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
