PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Springville City Planning Commission will consider the following item(s) at the public meeting scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Notice is hereby given that the Springville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the following: 1) Springville City requests amendment of Springville City Code Title 11 to include an ordinance to allow Accessory Dwelling Units in all residential zones, and 2) Springville City requests amendment of the Springville City Code Title 11 to include an ordinance to allow Short-term Rental Units in all residential zones. For further information please contact the Community Development Department at (801) 491-7861. 2) Notice is hereby given that the Springville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 7:00p.m. in the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street. The public is invited to attend and comment on the Springville City Power Department 2019 Update to the Power Capital Facility Plan (CFP), Impact Fee Facility Plan (IFFP) and Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) as per the Utah State Impact Fee Act. A copy of the Study is available for public review on the City's website (www.springville.org). For further information please contact the Community Development Department at (801) 491-7861 or the Power Department at (801) 489-2752. 3) Notice is hereby given the Springville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Civic Center, City Council Chambers located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the approval and adoption of the Springville Sewer Master Plan to include the IFFP-Impact Fee Facilities Plan and IFA-Impact Fee Analysis. A copy of the IFFP and IFA is available for public review on the City's website (www.springville.org) and in the Springville Public Library located at 45 South Main Street, Springville, Utah.
