- 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the public hearings in the following order; a. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval resolution 2020-10 adopting a Transportation Master Plan for all zones of Wellsville City in the general plan. b. The Commission shall receive public input, and discuss the future development plans and construction cost of 400 North from 300 East to US 89/91. 7. Follow up to the pending amendment to the conversion of single-family homes to multi-family dwellings. 8. Other zoning matters
