Welcome, Roll Call, Invocation Open Public Hearing, Citizen Input Public Hearing: Public Hearing - Sewer Revenue Bond & Bond Anticipation Notes: A Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of Lewiston City Sewer Revenue Bonds and Bond Anticipation Notes, in one or more series, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,400,000 for Sewer System Improvements, and Related Matters Public Hearing - Water Revenue Bond & Bond Anticipation Notes: A Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of Lewiston City Water Revenue Bonds and Bond Anticipation Notes, in one or more series, in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $9,950,000 for Water System Improvements, and Related Matters Sewer Revenue Note & Bond Authorizing Resolution: A Resolution authorizing the maximum amount of $2,400,000 Sewer Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes Series 2020, and $2,400,000 Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 pursuant to a Note Resolution and a Bond Resolution to be approved by the Mayor and the City Recorder as the pricing committee, for Sewer System Improvements, and Related Matters Water Revenue Note & Bond Authorizing Resolution: A Resolution authorizing the maximum amount of $9,950,000 Water Revenue Bond Anticipation Notes Series 2020, and $9,950,000 Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 pursuant to a Note Resolution and a Bond Resolution to be approved by the Mayor and the City Recorder as the pricing committee, for Water System Improvements, and Related Matters Public Hearing- Public Utility Rate Increase in the Water & Sewer Public Hearing- Budget Revisions/Modifications for FY20 & FY21, Certified Tax Rate 2.
