PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold electronic public hearings on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: A zone change amendment in the PD-AP (Planned Development Administrative Professional) zone to develop 'Hillside Professional Offices' on approximately 8.05-acres. The applicant is Vaun Beal and the representative is Jeff Mathis with MRW Design. The property is located at approximately 1840 E Riverside Drive (Assessor Parcel No. SG-5-2-33-4102), Case No. 2020-ZCA-023 A zone change amendment to remove the limitation that was placed on the original zone change regarding the number of drive-thru facilities allowed on the Boulder Creek Commons site (now called South Bridge Center). The site is zoned PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) and is located north and south of 1450 South Street and east of River Road. Case No. 2020-ZCA-024 A zone change amendment to the Boulder Creek Commons (now called South Bridge Center) Planned Development to develop a building on the south west corner of 1450 South and 1490 E Circle. The applicant is proposing a single retail/restaurant use building. The contact is Spencer Hymas. Case No. 2020-ZCA-027 A zone change amendment to make some minor adjustments to the approved Desert Color zone plan. This zone change amendment includes the review of the setbacks in the NG zones as well as other minor changes. Desert Color is zoned PD-R and PD-C (Planned Development Residential and Commercial) and is located at the corner of I-15 and Southern Parkway. Case No. 2020-ZCA-026 A zone change from OS (Open Space) to A-1 (Agricultural) on approximately 2.278 acres. The property is generally located south of the Bloomington Park Softball fields on Man O War Road. Case No. 2020-ZC-025 A conditional use permit to continue operating a bed and breakfast and to add the use of short-term rental at 217 North 100 West. The property was formerly the Seven Wives Inn and is a historic landmark site also known as the Woolley-Foster Home. The property is zoned RCC (Residential Central City). The applicant is Scott Armour. Case No. 2020-CUP-005 A conditional use permit to continue operating a bed and breakfast and to add the use of short-term rental at 241 North 100 West. The property was formerly the Seven Wives Inn and is a historic landmark site also known as the George F Whitehead Home. The property is zoned RCC (Residential Central City). The applicants are Brent and Vanessa Calder.
