Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold electronic public hearings on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider the following:
A zone change amendment in the PD-AP (Planned Development Administrative Professional) zone to develop 'Hillside Professional Offices' on approximately 8.05-acres. The applicant is Vaun Beal and the representative is Jeff Mathis with MRW Design. The property is located at approximately 1840 E Riverside Drive (Assessor Parcel No. SG-5-2-33-4102), Case No. 2020-ZCA-023
A zone change amendment to remove the limitation that was placed on the original zone change regarding the number of drive-thru facilities allowed on the Boulder Creek Commons site (now called South Bridge Center). The site is zoned PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) and is located north and south of 1450 South Street and east of River Road. Case No. 2020-ZCA-024
A zone change amendment to the Boulder Creek Commons (now called South Bridge Center) Planned Development to develop a building on the south west corner of 1450 South and 1490 E Circle. The property was formerly the Seven Wives Inn and is a historic landmark site also known as the Woolley-Foster Home. The property is zoned RCC (Residential Central City).
