MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, JULY 21, 2020 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on setting Public Hearing for zoning map amendment for distribution warehouse by Gardner Batt at approximately 700 North 1800 West. 4. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting MS County Estates Subdivision at 1119 South 1200 West by Joe Marsh. 5. Discussion/action on Site Plan for Republic Services at 798 West 1700 South by Debbie Green. 6. Discussion/action on Subdivision Amendment by Lazy Acres at 2475 West Pioneer Road. 7. Discussion/action on Site Plan for minor lot subdivision by Alan Brown at 2063 West Pioneer Road. 8. Discussion/action on Ordinance for Streetscape referred back by City Council. 9. Commission and staff follow-up. 10. Adjourn.
