- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing, via electronic or telephonic means, on July 28, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for a rezone from Residential to Agriculture for the Hoofbeats to Healing project. Those interested in the proposed rezone are encouraged to provide public comment through one of the following means: voicemail message at (801) 789-6611, or through email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearing. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the city website within three days of the meeting.
