- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, August 13, 2020 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE MAPLETON COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, Utah to consider: 1. Consideration of a request to rezone a five-acre parcel located at 1320 West and 2400 South from Agricultural-Residential (A-2) to Residential Agricultural (RA-1) with the TDR-R Overlay. 2. Consideration of an ordinance amending Mapleton City Code (MCC) section 18.28.040 to modify requirements for certain Conditional Uses allowed in the A-2 Zone and to eliminate Short-Term Residential Rentals as a Conditional Use. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice.
