- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING December 9, 2008 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Work Session Scheduled for 6:30 pm a. Rental of city facilities. b. Personnel policy & procedure manual. Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Tait CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a. Approval of agenda. b. Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held November 25, 2008. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1. Discussion and/or approval for final on Wayne Taylor Subdivision – Wayne Taylor. 2. Harrisville City 2008 Audit Report – Jeff Ambrose. 3. Discussion and/or approval on final acceptance of Cinnamon Park phase three – Lee Nanny. 4. Weber Mosquito Abatement District member assignment – Mayor Hendrix. 5. Assignment for 2009 Planning Commission meeting attendance – Mayor Hendrix. 6. Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership member assignment – Mayor Hendrix. 7. Public Comments. 8. Mayor/Council Follow-up. Adjournment
