Planning and Zoning Minutes May 18, 2020 7:00 p.m. VIA ZOOM The Panguitch Planning and Zoning meeting was held via Zoom. Those in attendance Chair Jeramy Henrie, City Recorder Tyrissa Howell, City Manager Lori Talbot, Committee members Trudi Owens, Chris Hatch, Todd Breinholt and Chad Veater. Also present was Alan Johnson. Adoption of the Agenda Trudi Owens moved, seconded by Chad Veater to adopt the agenda. The motion passed with all in favor. Approval of the Meeting Minutes and Email Surveys Trudi Owens moved, seconded by Todd Brienholt to approve the minutes and email surveys. The motion passed with all in favor. AJ Johnson Preliminary Subdivision Plat Alan Johnson is subdividing five acres into ten residential lots. The road widths are set at 50 feet to match the existing subdivision. The cul-de-sacs have a 100 foot radius. There is an easement included at the south edge of the subdivision to create a drainage ditch. The Planning and Zoning Committee requested a more detailed plan for the drainage. Chad Veater moved, seconded by Todd Brienholt to approve the Alan Johnson Preliminary Plat. The motion passed with all in favor.
