ROCKY RIDGE TOWN MEETING July 15, 2020 7:30 pm M.L.A. Building ******************************************* MINUTES: Approval of June's Minutes UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 1. Need to discuss the $30,000 (20% of project) the Town needs to contribute to the CDBG fund in order to receive the $150,000 grant. NEW BUSINESS: 1. The Town received a $5,000 donation from Ron Allred's unit to be earmarked for road use. We appreciate this generous donation and need to discuss what it will be used for. 2. An anonymous donation of $1,100 was given to the Town for the overage spent on our annual cleanup day. We give our thanks to the benefactor. 3. Quality Craft gave a $150,000 donation to the Town earlier in the year to be earmarked for roads. We cannot say thank you enough for such a large donation. We need to get bids for the asphalt construction. 4. Mayor Allred had a meeting with Mayor Hunsaker of Santaquin and would like to report to the Council Members. DEPARTMENTS: 1. EMS/CERT: Update 2.
