AGENDA HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY AT 6:30 P.M., JULY 16, 2020. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Carlyle Creger - To request site plan approval of a machine shop in the Sunray Properties building located at 40 West 300 North. 10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF A RESOLUTION: A. Resolution 20-08 - A resolution accepting a petition for annexation of certain real property under the provisions of Section 10-2-405, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended (Lewis Annexation - 40.37 acres). 11. OTHER BUSINESS: A. Consideration and appointment to the Hyrum Library Board. B. Mayor and City Council reports. 12.
