These problems are creating major delays with the sanitation routes. The Council will be considering contracted services or the necessity to purchase a new garbage truck. Pioneer Day Celebration Update/Cancelation (discussion/action) The Pioneer Day Celebration with vendors and parade have been sanctioned by the City Council; however, concerns of increased health risks and necessary mitigation efforts need to be discussed. - THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Monticello City Office, 17 N 100 E, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code ยง52-4-4 & 5.
