PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 23rd, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at approx. 1400 W State St. (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Carol Harris for a 1-lot preliminary subdivision plat, called PG Express Oil Change Subdivision Plat 'D' on property located at approximately 1400 West State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 1400 W State St. (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider a request of Carol Harris for a site plan for a single-story, single-tenant retail tire center and auto service building on property located at approximately 1400 West State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
