- NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING JULY 15, 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Opening Remarks, Meeting called to order and roll call. (Mayor Kim Peterson) 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting. 3. Approve Attorney Retainer. 4. Discuss care and maintenance of the Pavilion. 5. Appoint Karen Busk as a member of the Planning Commission. 6. Discuss Review Micah Hanson proposal for lot use. 7. Review CUP compliance for Robert Farnsworth. 8. Water Certification: Assign someone to sign-off on water tests. 9. Bid on tree removal: Thomas Barton 80 N 100 W. 10. Discuss Rate Increase for White Sanitation. 11. Department Concerns. Review Employee project list. 12. Approval of monthly expenditures. 13. Council Members Reports. 14.
