- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDM Meeting on the 13th day of July 2020 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve minutes from June 8, 2020 2. New Business - Lester Lee - 225 E. Center - Zoning Permit - Dave and Angie Curtis - 42 N. 200 E. - Residential Building Permit - Luke and Lanae Rashall - 275 W. 200 S. - Residential Building Permit 3. Other Business 4. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
