- Hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. in the following order: 1. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission consider for possible approval resolution 2020-10 adopting a transportation master plan for all zones of Wellsville City in the general plan. 2. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from the Planning Commission discuss the furture development plans and construction cost of 400 North from 300 East to US 89/91.
