- LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On July 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold an electronic public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Adam Albrecht's request for review of the Yeoman's General Plan Amendment, changing the land use designation from LDR (low density residential) to HDR (high density residential) for approximately 5-acres of property located at 143 South 1100 West. Public hearing and recommendation EYP's request for review of a grading permit on approximately 36.34-acres of property for the Primary Children's Hospital located at approximately 3000 West 2100 North. Public hearing and consideration of Alex Macharia's request for approval of a conditional use for a flag lot located at 380 East 200 South. Public hearing and recommendation of Alex Macharia's request for approval of Macharia subdivision, a 2-lot subdivision with an existing home located at 380 East 200 South. Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton's preliminary subdivision request for review of Cold Spring Ranch HD5, a 103-unit residential development located at Old Ranch Road and Mitchell Drive. ( Public hearing and consideration of Impact Signs' request for approval of a conditional use for a monument sign with EMD for My Storage Lehi located at 708 West Main Street.
