Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct public hearings on Wednesday July 22, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the following projects: Iron Horse Subdivision: Rob McNeel proposes preliminary plan approval for a subdivision along 1130 South to the east of Turf Farm Road. The project previously obtained approvals for the RMO-1 Overlay. The parcel ID's on which the subdivision is located are 43:025:0005, 49:310:001, 49:310:002, and 49:310:003. AFFCU Subdivision Plat B. Jay Larsen requests preliminary plan and final plat approval for a two lot commercial subdivision on parcel ID 34:595:0002 in the S-1 'Highway Commercial' zone.
