NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS AN AMENDMENT TO THE SANTA CLARA CITY GENERAL PLAN The Santa Clara City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 22, 2020 in the City Council Chambers of the Town Hall located at 2603 Santa Clara Dr. Santa Clara, UT. 84765 and Electronically Via Zoom, Live streams and recordings can be found on the Official Santa Clara City YouTube Channel. Persons who would like to comment on Public Hearings may do so by filling out the Public Comment form through our website at https://sccity.org/public-hearings/. The City will be taking Public Comment beginning the day the Agenda is published and until the Public Hearing is closed. Comments submitted prior to the close of the public comment period will be read into the record. Submissions from this form will be sent directly to the City. Please contact Chris Shelley at (435) 673-6712 Ext. 203 with any questions regarding Public meetings The purpose of the Public Hearings is to receive public input on A request to amend the City General Plan Land Use Map by changing the land use designation from Very Low Residential (VLD) to Mixed-Use Residential on approximately 7.86 acres, located south of Santa Clara Drive and east of Gates Lane. Parcel # SC-72-B, SC-70-B-1, SC-67-A-1, SC-78-B-1-A, SC-79-A, SC-78-A, SC-79-B-1-A, SC-79-B-4, SC-203-B. Applicant, Kyle Hafen, Clara Land LLC.
