June 11, 2020 PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA The Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah. The Work Session will be held from 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. at the same location. Work Sessions are public meetings; however, no testimony will be heard and no official actions will be taken on items discussed during the work session. Although the public is invited to attend all sessions, public comments are accepted only during the regular business session. The session will be broadcast live via YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/user/PleasantGroveCity Public comments are accepted during the regular business session, either by personal presence at our anchor location mentioned above or through the comment session in the YouTube website. 6:30 p.m. Work Session (to consider the following items): (a) Commission Business (b) Staff Business 7:00 p.m. Regular Session: Commission Business: a. Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approx. 980 W 1930 N (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Ronald Nordhagen to apply the R1-20 (Single Family Residential) Zone to approximately 1.49 acres on property currently zoned R-R (Rural Residential) Zone, located at approximately 980 West 1930 North. 2. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment -Section 10-9B-7-F3 - Yard Requirements (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider amending City Code Section 10-9B-7-F3: Single Family Residential, Size Considerations for accessory buildings, eliminating the conditional use requirements and modifying the qualifying provisions for the area of accessory structures in all the R-1 (Single Family Residential) Zones. ** CONTINUED FROM 5/28/2020** 3.
