Description/Agenda: To be published on Saturday, July 11, 2020, in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on July 23, 2020, to receive public comment on a request by Ross Ford, representing The Home Builders Association. for a Text Amendment to amend the 136 Center Commercial Special District (CSD-136) code, and to rezone 2.55 acres of property from M1 (Light Manufacturing) to CSD-136, and to amend the Land Use Map from Business/Light Manufacturing to the Commercial Special District designation. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on July 23, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
