Disclosures and declarations of conflict of interest. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 5. Approval of minutes from June 11, 2020 Town Board Meeting. 6. Mike Caston-New Rocky Mountain Power service at 320 S. Main St. 7. Jesse Hirschi-house addition at 110 S. Main St. 8. Gail Politica-Continuing discussion about new Rocky Mountain Power hookups at Red Ledge Campground and tiny house. 9. Jody Zsurgot-Water bill problems at 220 W. Center. 10. Vote to approve new amended lease for Kanarra Falls from Iron County. 11. New Tractor: Problems with overheating-Vote to upgrade. 12. Creation of new maintenance position: 'Maintenance Manager' and discuss and approve compensation for new position. 13. Discuss and approve procedure for replacing Town Accountant. 14. Discuss and approve hours of work and salary for replacement for David Ence. 15, Well Bids-Letter from Ensign Eng.-Vote to move forward with lowest bidder. 16.
