- Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday July 8, 2020 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Because of health concerns the meeting will be help outside if weather permits so that the 6ft distance can be maintained. Please wear a mask. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1Review and Approval of minutes from June 10, 2020 Town Council Meeting. 2 Review and Approval of June 11 - July 8, 2020 Bills/Payroll. 3 Review Financial Report, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4 Discuss RV Resolution 2020-01 Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson Roads- Lesley Smith Update on 8800 project Update on speed test and road repairs by the Bell's home Planning and Zoning- Martina John Approve Rodney John building permit Parks- Tyson Nielson Discuss and approve sale of old park mowers Fire Department Sgt.
