- BEAR RIVER CITY * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AMENDING CHAPTERS 2, 7, 8, & SEWER ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning Commission of Bear River City, Utah along with the City Council will hold a Public Hearing on the 16th Day of July, 2020 at the Bear River Civic Center at 5871 North 4700 West, Bear River, Utah at the hour of 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider amending Chapter 2 Definitions, Chapter 7 Zoning, Chapter 8 Subdivisions, and the Sewer Ordinance. The amendments will update Chapters 2, 7, & 8 which applies to required lot setbacks, and adding definitions and amending and updating the Sewer Ordinance. All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Published by order of the Bear River City Planning Commission. In compliance with the Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing special accommodations including auxiliary communicative aids and serviced during the meeting should notify the Planning Commission Secretary at 801-791-5339 at least 48 hours in advance.
