- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday July 15, 2020 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m.. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval of the annexation petition filed by Paul L. & Kindra J. Freed, and Kent Dunkley, 23.06 acres more or less of real property, located at approximately 1000 South 200 East. A copy of the complete description of the property may be reviewed at the Wellsville City office, 75 East Main, weekdays, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.
