MURRAY CITY CORPORATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 21st day of July, 2020, at the hour of 6:30 p.m. of said day the Murray City Municipal Council will hold and conduct a Public Hearing on and pertaining to closing and vacating an alleyway and right-of-way, at approximately 15 W Fifth Avenue, between Fourth Avenue and Fifth Avenue, Murray City, Salt Lake County, State of Utah. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposal to close and to vacate the described public alleyway and right-of-way. The hearing will be held electronically in accordance with Executive Order 2020-5 Suspending the Enforcement of Provisions of Utah Code 52-4-202 and 52-4-207 due to Infectious Disease COVID 19 Novel Coronavirus issued by Governor Herbert on March 18, 2020 and Murray City Council Resolution #R20-13 adopted on March 17, 2020. The public may view the hearing via the live stream at www.murraycitylive.com or https://www.facebook.com/MurrayCityUtah/. No physical meeting location will be available. If you would like to submit comments for the public hearing you may do so by sending an email in advance or during the meeting to city.council@murray.utah.gov. Comments are limited to less than 3 minutes; include your name and contact information, and they will be read into the record. DATED this 2nd day of July, 2020. Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired will be made upon a request to the Office of the Murray City Recorder, 801-264-2660. The City would appreciate notification two working days prior to the meeting. TDD number is 801-264-2508.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Council members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a council member does participate via telephonic communication, the council member wil be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other council members and all other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
