2. CenterPoint Theatre Boiler #2 Replacement Proposal
Consider the proposal submitted by American Mechanical Systems Service, LLC
(AMSS) for replacement of CenterPoint Theatre boiler #2 in the amount of
$120,865.22.
3. Bank of America - Conceptual Site Plan
Update on the proposed re-development of the former Iggy's restaurant site
located at 782 West Parrish Lane by Bank of America.
