- TOQUERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION July 15, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. 212 N. Toquer Blvd. Toquerville, Utah 84774 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM DURING THE REGULAR PLANNNING COMMISSION MEETING JULY 15, 2020, CONVENING AT 6:30 P.M.: 1. Public input is sought on Ordinance 2020.XX amending sections of Title 10, Chapter 16A (Hillside ordinance) to create an exemption for density calculation restrictions for areas with slopes great than 30% in limited instances. A copy of this ordinance draft is available for review at the Toquerville City Office (212 North Toquer Boulevard) or by emailing recorder@toquerville.org. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Ruth Evans at the City Office 635-1094, at least 48 hours in advance. This Notice will be sent at least 10 days prior to the meeting to the Spectrum newspaper, posted on the State website at http://pmn.utah.gov, posted on the Toquerville City website at www.toquerville.org, and in four places within the city limits of Toquerville: (1.) City Office Board: (2.) Toquerville Post Office Kiosk; (3.) Cholla Park Kiosk; (4.) Westfield Road Kiosk. Posted July 2, 2020, by Toquerville City Recorder, Ruth Evans.
