IVINS CITY ARTS COMMISSION Agenda Wednesday, July 8, 2020 5:00 pm Ivins City Hall - Council Chambers (main floor) 435-628-0606 Note: the order of the items discussed on this agenda is subject to change Note: Ivins City requires everyone to wear masks while in City Hall 1. Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Consider approval of the minutes for March 11, 2020 b. Discuss plans and timing for the Student Art Exhibit and LoveVet Express projects c. Discuss recommendation procedures for the 2020 RAP tax (draft edits attached) d. Discuss citizen suggestion to feature the Snow Canyon roundabout sculpture at City Hall e. Discuss action step 4 under Arts Master Plan Goal 4 re art on loan f. Discuss recommendations to improve the Arts Commission presence on the City's website g. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. Next meeting: August 12, 2020 at 5 pm b. Items to be placed on future agendas: i. Review RAP Tax funding results and discuss and consider improvements to the RAP Tax funding process and forms. ii. Discuss concept for annual Ivins art month 4. Adjournment Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
