- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain Planning Commission will conduct public hearings, via electronic or telephonic means, on July 14, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT. The hearings are for amendments to Eagle Mountain Municipal Code including, but not limited to: - Chapter 16.20 Preliminary Plats - Chapter 16.50 Lot Line Adjustment Those interested in the proposed code amendments are encouraged to provide public comment through voicemail message at (801) 789-6611 or email to recorder@emcity.org. Comments received will be added to the public record at the public hearings. The meeting will be livestreamed through the following link: https://eaglemountaincity.com/city-recorder/city-meetings-portal/#meetingdocs The materials for the proposed items may be reviewed on the city website within three days of the meeting.
