The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. 1. Approval of the planning commission meeting minutes from June 2, 2020 2. Discussion and possible vote on the Conditional-Use Permit request by Lane Christensen for a kennel license at 177 East 100 North. Parcel Number 09-062-0002. 3. Introduction of the Traveller Lane Subdivision by Blake Davis. 4. Public Hearing on the Preliminary Plat for the Traveller Lane Subdivision, a (16) lot subdivision located at approximately 272 North 300 East. Zoned RMD (Residential Medium Density). 5. Discussion and possible vote on the Preliminary Plat for the Traveller Lane Subdivision. Adjourn
