NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be electronically held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. Pursuant to 2020 Executive order No. 1: COVID-19 Elected Official Governance During Local Emergency, no anchor location will be provided for the public to physically attend such electronic meetings. Any person who wishes to view this meeting may do so by accessing the video at https://www.taylorsvilleut.gov/government/planning-commission/planning-commission-livestream during the regularly scheduled electronic meeting time. Notice is further hereby given that person(s) wishing to make a public comment during this electronic meeting may submit comments via email to jspung@taylorsvilleut.gov or publiccomment@taylorsvilleut.gov, or via phone, and via voicemail at (801) 963-5400 ext. 3709, no later than thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the regularly scheduled electronic meeting time. City staff will share submitted comments with the Planning Commission members. All comments received are shared with the Planning Commission and added to the public record. Audio equipment will be used to ensure the comments and votes of each commission member participating in an electronic meeting will be audible to those people digitally viewing the electronic meetings. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Utah Land Co. is requesting a zoning map amendment for the property located at 3399 W. & 3397 W. 4700 S. from R-1-8 and LC respectfully, to RM-8. File #7Z20. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
