PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold electronic public hearings on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: A request for a General Plan amendment to change the general plan from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on approximately 1.98 acres generally located at 510 East 900 South. The applicant is JW West Homes and the representative is Jared West. Case No. 2020-GPA-010. A request for a General Plan amendment to change the general plan from GC (Golf Course) to LDR (Low Density Residential) on approximately 0.58 acres located on the south side of Bloomington Dr E at approximately 2800 South (SG-BCC-10-8-B). The applicant is Jimmy Blair and the representative is Jared Bates, Rosenberg Associates. Case No. 2020-GPA-011. A request for a General Plan amendment to change the general plan from PO (Professional Office) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) and HDR (High Density Residential) on approximately 3.17 acres located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Mall Drive and 280 North. The applicant is BHF LLC and the representative is Dave Nasal. Case No. 2020-GPA-012. A request for a zone change from RE-12.5 (Residential Estate 12,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) and C-2 (Commercial) zones to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) to allow for future expansion of the existing power sports business and establish allowed uses on the property. This zone change is on approximately 2.62 acres. This property is generally located north of Red Hills Parkway and 700 North and west of 1700 East Street. Case No. 2019-ZC-021. A request for a zone change from the C-4 (Commercial) zone to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) to allow the County to redevelop the property for a new county office building. This zone change is on approximately 1.3 acres. This property is located generally on the north east corner of Tabernacle Street and 100 East. Case No. 2020-ZC-022. The City of St. George is proposing to amend portions of the City zoning ordinance relating to the Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone.
