- AGENDA SIGURD TOWN BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JULY 1, 2020 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Sigurd Town Council will meet on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, which meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening remarks 1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Kelly Alvey 2. Minutes of Meeting held June 10, 2020, to be approved and/or amended by the council 3. Citizens Requests Kayla Bullard - Sigurd Youth Council Discussion of Water Project Water Rate Increase Consideration for and adoption of Parameters Resolution authorizing the issuance of Parity Water Revenue Bonds of Sigurd Town and calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the Issuance of such Bonds and any potential impact to the private sector from the construction of the Project. 4. Bills and Finances 5. Department Reports Parks and Cemeteries: size of headstones Water: Roads: Fire: Office: Carlise Excavating proposal 6. Mayor Kelly Alvey - All other business that needs to be taken care of 7. Adjourn
