- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday July 15, 2020 to receive public input on a request to vacate Lots 12 and 13 of Payson Meadows Subdivision, Plat A, along with existing public utility easements on the lots. The lots are located at 1230 W and 1235 W 1000 South in the R-1-9, Residential Zone. Payson City is requesting approval of a plat amendment to realign 1000 South street and adjacent properties. This will create new public utility easements. The city council meeting will be held electronically via Zoom Meetings beginning at 6:00 p.m. See Payson City website at www.paysonutah.org for meeting details.
