Adopt Agenda - By Motion 2. Introductions 3. Election of Planning and Zoning Committee Chairperson - By Motion 4. Overview of Planning and Zoning responsibilities and expectations. 5. Discuss and prioritize Planning and Zoning Tasks. 6. Discuss and setup schedule for Planning and Zoning training. 7. Discuss and make recommendation to Paragonah Town Board regarding Bryan Talbot's request to subdivide lot - By Motion 8. Set schedule for regular Planning and Zoning meetings.
