- CITY OF HOLLADAY NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 7th 2020, as close to 6:30 pm as possible to consider a proposal to amendment the General Plan specifically a request to consider an amendment to the Future Land Use map 2.3 for the area located at approximately 2450 East and 4680 South, currently designated as MDR-S (Medium Density Residential Stabile) to LDR-S (Low Density Residential Stable) . As proposed this amendment would modify the area, as shown on the attached map, by expanding the boundary of the LDR-S land use district to include the MDR-S district, as highlighted, and thereby change its designation to LDR-S. Due to the current declared State of Emergency, the Holladay City Council will hold virtual meetings until further notice as public gatherings are currently prohibited. This meeting will be held electronically. Information on how comment and join the meeting can be found on the City's website and on the posted agenda. Interested parties are encouraged to watch the video stream of the meeting on the City of Holladay's Facebook page. The proposal is available for public inspection on the City's website www.cityofholladay.com.
