NOTICE OF HEARINGS FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, July 9, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a Project Master Plan (PMP), and accompanying development agreement, for North Farmington Station, a mixed-use development, encompassing approximately 139 + acres next to the west of I-15/UP tracks, north of Burke Lane, east of D.R.G&W. trail, and south of Haight Creek/Shepard Lane (PMP-2-20). Farmington City Planning Commission meetings, including this meeting, are open to the public. In consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic, if necessary, members of the public wishing to attend this meeting are encouraged to view the meeting online. In the event this occurs, the link to view the hearings live and to comment electronically can be found on the Farmington City website at www.farmington.utah.gov. In-person attendance is also an alternative, but any in-person attendance/gathering will meet the latest governmental restrictions related to the COVID-19 virus.
