PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 9th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: The session will be broadcast live via YouTube at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/user/PleasantGroveCity Public comments are accepted during the regular business session, either by personal presence at our anchor location mentioned above or through the comment session in the YouTube website. Public Hearing: City Code Text Amendment - Section 10-9A-12: Permissible Lot Coverage (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of Scott Dent (R. C. Dent Construction, LLC) to amend City Code Section 10-9A-12: Permissible Lot Coverage, by increasing the 30% threshold for maximum total lot coverage by buildings, accessory buildings and/or structures of each lot or parcel of land in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.
