Notice is hereby given that the Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2020 in the Grantsville City Hall Council Chambers at 429 East Main Street in Grantsville Utah. The meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
a. Proposed Amendment to Chapter 2, Definitions, #77 DEVELOPMENT (LAND) of the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code.
b. Proposed Amendment to the Minor Subdivision Ordinance, Chapter 21.3 of the Grantsville City Land Use Management and Development Code.
c. Proposed Amendment to Grantsville City's Transportation Plan in the General Plan and amend the Street Master Plan.
d. Proposed Amendment to Grantsville City's Land Use Management and Development Code to clarify the approval process for Commercial and Industrial.
e. Proposed Amendment to the Grantsville City's Land Use Management and Development Code to add 'Places of Worship' to the C-D zone in the Chapter 16 Use Table.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING PUBLIC HEARINGS, THE SPECIAL MEETING WILL OFFICIALLY BE CALLED TO ORDER BY CHAIRMAN, JAIME TOPHAM.
1. Discussion with Scot Hazard to consider adding 'Places of Worship' to the Use Table in the C-D zone.
2. Consideration to recommend approval to amend Grantsville City's Land Use Management and Development Code to add 'Places of Worship' to the C-D zone in the Chapter 16 Use Table.

9. Consideration to approve the meeting minutes for the previous P&Z Meeting that was held June 11, 2020.
