Wednesday, July 1, 2020 Planning Commission Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a meeting at the High Chaparral, Spanish Fork Fairgrounds at 475 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a work session commencing at 5:00 p.m. and Planning Commission Meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on July 1, 2020. SPANISH SPRINGS BUSINESS PARK. The proposal involves creating 3 lots for an industrial subdivision located at approximately 2700 North 100 East. 3. Zone Change (Public Hearing) A. SPANISH FORK NURSING AND REHAB. The proposal requests that the zone change from R-3 to C-O to allow for an expansion of the neighboring facility to the south located at 56 North 100 East. B. SWIG. The proposal requests for the Development Enhancement Overlay be applied to their site located at 732 North 800 East. 4. General Plan Amendment (Public Hearing) A. VISTA VIEW. The proposal requests that the General Plan designation change from Commercial to High Density Residential located at approximately 2350 East 750 South. B. HOLLOW ACRES. The proposal requests that the General Plan designation change from Low Density Residential, to High Density Residential located at approximately 400 North Spanish Fork Parkway. 5. Concept Review A.
