- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on Thursday, June 25, 2020. Meeting will begin at 7:30 pm. Meeting will be held at the City Office, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. Due to the COVID-19 situation, attendance in person may be limited, as determined by applicable restrictions in place on the meeting date. Residents may participate in the meeting via Zoom. Please call 435-433-6915 or email: eureka15@cut.net for the link at least 3 hours prior to the meeting. Written comments submitted via email at least 3 hours prior to the meeting, which will be read into public record, may be submitted via email to eureka15@cut.net. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 7:05 pm RESOLUTIONS & ORDINANCES a. Resolution No. R-06-25-20-1, Resolution to Amend the Budget for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2020. b. Resolution No. R-06-25-20-2, Resolution to Adopt a Budget for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2021. c. Consider and Enact an Impact Fee Ordinance. d.
