Description/Agenda: To be published on Saturday, June 27, 2020, in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on July 9, 2020 to receive public comment on a proposed text amendment to create a new zoning district called Commercial Buffer Zone (CBU). The proposed zone will be located in Chapter 9-11 (Commercial Zones) of the Draper City Municipal Code. Other related sections of Title 9 may also be amended as part of this proposal. Application number: TEXTMAP-1022-2020. This meeting will be an electronic meeting. Participation options will be listed on the agenda and the City's website. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on July 9, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Maryann Pickering at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6391.
