- Millcreek, Utah Public Hearing Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, July 13, 2020, at approx. 7:00 p.m., at Millcreek City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearing will be held before the City Council: to consider approving monetary contributions in Fiscal Year 2020-2021 that shall not exceed $6,000 to the Canyon Rim Citizens Association, that shall not exceed $5,000 to the East Mill Creek Community Council, that shall not exceed $3,000 to the Mt. Olympus Community Council, that shall not exceed $15,000 to the Millcreek Community Council, that shall not exceed $100,000 to events, that shall not exceed $5,000 to the Rain Barrel Program, that shall not exceed $11,000 to the Millcreek Promise Program, and that shall not exceed $2,000 to the Federal Land Access Program. Pursuant to the requirement of Utah Code Ann. ยง10-2-8 a study regarding the appropriation was performed and is available for review at Millcreek City Hall or on the City's website at https://millcreek.us/agendacenter. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearing and make comments. The meeting will be conducted electronically per Millcreek State of Local Emergency Directive No. 2 of 2020 and live streamed via the City's website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City's website at: https://millcreek.us/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61. Following the public hearing, the City Council may adopt an ordinance authorizing the appropriations. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearing should notify the ADA Coordinator at 801-214-2751 two days prior to the meeting date.
