THE CITY OF WEST JORDAN, UTAH CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Jordan City Council has scheduled an electronic public hearing, in accordance with Gov. Herbert's executive order #2020-5, to be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at which time input will be received prior to discussion and possible action concerning the proposed items: WJ Airport, LLC; 4701 West 6200 South; Future Land Use Map Amendment for approximately 5.5 acres from Neighborhood Commercial to Light Industrial and Rezone approximately 14.30 acres from SC-2 (Community Shopping Center) Zone to M-1 (Light Manufacturing) Zone; Legend Partners/John G. Taylor (applicant) Text Amendment - The City Council will hold a public hearing and consider Adopting Ordinance 20-17 Amending the 2009 City Code Title 13 to include 'Micro Wireless Facility and Small Wireless Facility' in Chapter 16, Low Power Radio Service Antennas; City-wide applicability; City of West Jordan (applicant) The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. and will be held electronically. Members participation via electronic communication will be broadcast and amplified so other Council Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear or see the communication.
